The Kitty files in Wales…
In England the country has a system of ‘support’ called social care. What this means is that the government have workers who can help a family if they have some difficulties. These workers are trained and the cost of salary is in excess of a billion pounds every year. One of the the options that is available is to remove the children from the mother and place with either another family or with a private company that runs properties where older children live.
The government covers all of these costs. Temporary famillies are paid by the week, usually hundreds of pounds. The companies receive even higher amounts. The financial attractiveness of this creates a psuedo market in children. If they are already traumatised then placed with families. Risk of re-victimisation is high in the temporary families.Those who are older with private companies provide a great source of income and her is the history, often became very useful for criminals locally and in more recent years criminal gangs. These children being below the age of full criminal responsibility, they can commit crimes in return for drugs to create addiction and compliance, some for child prostitution. These children create two markets, both the care market and the criminal enterprises, known as county lines.
This market over the years became larger and more professionalised as policing became more corrupted in serious organised crime across the UK so did the ‘care’ workers. This left no avenues to protect the children. The rewards growing hugely year on year as crime rose across the UK. An additional facet in the past decade were the closing of military bases in europe and people leaving the armed services entered professions with the government including policing and other care provision. These high risk individuals bought with them skills that included the detachment required to kill. Also the higher risk of other offending synonymous with the british armed services.
So as this market place developed introducing staff from northern Africa and Eastern Europe where the higher rates of government corruption were imported as the new norm for the United Kingdom. These networks crossing with criminal networks created the perfect storm. Rising poverty, lower attainment in education provide a constant stream of children for this ‘dark’ system. The usual network of communication and cover as seen worldwide, churches particularly the newer church plants. The communities employing NHS and government workers can locate those families in communities and move them away from their families and communities.
So I am not sure how this happened but a process for these children trafficked by the governance workers developed. The money received from local government paid was more useful if the areas children were trafficked to received the funds but did not have to provide the regulated services. Welcome to Wales…
For anyone who knows little of Wales, other than the mountainous regions and coal mining past. It is a country completely reliant on funding from England and historically the European Union. A demographic of high poverty and the social issues that conjoin with this high crime, drug and alcohol use. Child abuse and educational attainment locally with poor outcomes. When the country no longer received EU funding it became clear that the the United Kingdoms three billion social care bill was going to have to be addressed. And although its difficult to know when, how or who made the decision, operation ‘kitty’ was launched.
I found out about this quite by accident after the disappearance of my youngest daughter. It is a situation so unbelievable that I could not quite comprehend it, until It was confirmed by local people in South Wales. My arrests by Surrey, Hampshire and Dyfed and Powys Police forces was the final confirmation if any was needed that these people were telling the truth.
To understand the demographics of how this works, one must understand how social care is funded. Every council area has to pay for the care costs of every child they take into ‘care’. This means taking the children from their famillies. These children are identified by workers with links to serious organised crime. In my daughters case a Nigerian social worker. The local authority pay a private company who own houses in cities in areas run by serious organised crime gangs. These gangs often own the houses and then they profit from running the children for drugs or prostitution. The gangs do not want children over 18 years as they are more criminally repsonsible and also in terms of prostitution less valuable. However they have very clear knowledge of those people involved and the local authorities pay until they are twenty four years of age. However from the age of eighteen they are of no use to the gangs and present a potential risk to governance and gangs in identifying adults responsible for running children.
The next step is to understand the military and police role in this enterprise. They provide paid security for governance and the country. Yet there is nothing legally in place that this is about the safety of subjects in the country. The role is only legally for governance and state and in the United Kingdom unlike any other country aside Iran this includes religious protection. Therefore churches in england provide the front and the staff in governance to support the introduction of the ‘kitty’ files. The church of england are one of the largest property owners in the United Kingdom. So when these children are not supporting the relationship with serious organised crime, the country had to come up with a way to support the ‘industry’ but destroy any evidence of doing so.
Step one, the government re instigated the historic cases of hundreds of males who were involved in the same process described in the north of england many years ago. These men faced prosecution but many of the governance staff who were also involved in the rape and murders of these children were not prosecuted. However the blueprint for creating an industry was born and by design the United Kingdom reissued huge press coverage of the historic cases so that they could keep the focus on Islam as the problem, whilst quietly rolling out the wholesale abuse and murder and money laundering across England and Wales.
The final introduction was the military to the process. All those returned soldiers who had fought in regions where Islam is the predominant religion, were happy to join the process. Their roles were simple, using IT skills, blocking signals, accessing private messaging, surveillance tech and military skills to stop the children being located and removed from their situations.
So the perfect storm was created. Next step was post use by gangs. Enter Wales. The loss of Income from Europe in Wales was huge amount and this income allowed the area to support the population without wealth creation. Therefore the conditions for serious organised crime wealth creation were developed. Immigration to the area to increase competition and improve house prices, development of tourism with a keen focus on International tourism. Gentrifying areas require purchase at lower prices, so focusing crime in specific areas brings down prices in city centre areas and therefore allows great gentrification development. Money borrowed by the local authorities from EU had to be paid back as did the interest payment. Here the issues arise in Wales. Local authorities are not the landowners and therefore the income streams from such enterprises, aside local taxation were not high. However care fees from other local authorities are high and due to the marketplace of organised crime in all areas of the England, no checks of the children’s welfare would be made and the gangs require silence to protect the criminals involved. Particularly within policing and governance.
So the final creative flourishes. The children families, traumatised are directed to Wales by the local authorities. They pay the local authorities the fees and then the children escorted by ex military by private taxis and buses are taken to rural cities in wales. Upon arrival to church of england owned properties, unlicensed but unchecked the children arrive and each is given a kitten. My daughters was told her was called Tesco’s. She renamed her Tessy. These kittens bred on farms perhaps? … In my daughters case she was in accommodation with an adult male. Likely ex military. She was directed to call me on Christmas day at 6pm. The accommodation we now know was owned by the church of england. Located near a parish church with one of the local councillors living with his mother nearby. My daughter at 18 years is due care fees to 24 years of age. Her murder and no record of her means it takes seven years to issues formal recognition of her death. This allows the local authority approximately 72, 000 pounds in care fees from england without having to make any provision whatsoever.
Multiply this by approximately 250,000 children and it is clear the scale of money for the area. The kittens are all euthanised and cremated and the children too. Some like my daughter, who were targeted due to my having worked for governance and disclosed the criminality of the minority received different treatment. She was murdered and her body dumped in a Welsh reservoir used to generate green electricity. The water so deep recovery is impossible. Ex military use unmarked old vans to transport bodies and property. All receive funds.
The kitten metaphor and use is a feature that many local people I spoke to referred about. The local PDSA companies provide the euthanising. But on a deeper level it denotes something of how the church views people of difference. My daughters Jewish seen as animals, rats etc… sadly this likening of human beings to animals is seen throughout history. The dangers arise when it is no longer a behavioural comparison, but an actual delusion.
So here we are the Kitty tales from Wales and the thousands of missing children. No records, no data, no crimes as the UK define them as not human. Poor, care children, families with no support, a ready market in non-human trade, not by an occupying force, but by the very people employed to keep them safe… the ultimate perversion of governance causing decline in real time. How many children in ten years, its difficult to say but conservative estimates two hundred and fifty thousands children in less than ten years… The Kitty files that the UK do not want to open at any cost…
