Pig is closest meat to human flesh …?

What are your feelings about eating meat?

I have eaten a varied diet thoughout my life, including meat fish vegetables and other delicasies.

It is of course a personal or religious choice about eating meat. Yet my view is simply that it is waste that I am most averse to. Eating food where all the parts are edible and used for food or clothing or shoes to me is acceptable. Why ? Because animal products are completely biodegradable. they present no direct risk to the environment unlike plastics. So in moderation. Yet there is a caveat…

Pork is a meat that can cause food poisoning very easily, It cannot be eaten raw safely and is considered the meant closet to human flesh. Ihave never been a fan of this meat, even the ham joints, or chops or crackling are just not a firm favourite. Ever since childhood I have had concerns. So my rule is simple now. If the flesh can be eaten raw.. steak tartare, vension tartar eggs, lamb (ok maybe pink ) are all good. However chicken and Pork I am not keen on. The propenity of these meats to make us sick makes me weary.

Chicken soup however with meat and carcass is considered Jewish antibiotic and this I adore. something warming with a dash of cream and vegetables when poorly.

So yes I feel happy to eat meat, I dont waste any food and I eat as small amount of pork as possible…
