Before the murder of my family, I thought that it would be lovely to retire to France and have some space for grandchildren that was near enough to the United Kingdom so that the children could visit easily and without the difficulties of complex visa requirements… How little did I know that these two countries separated by a small passage of water, have a deep rooted hatred of each other. But one side of this water, was complicit in mass murder and profiting from that genocide… What I have learnt is that this spontaneous decision was to prove to be a blessing and a lesson. The house was a sanctuary. This spontaneous decision I do not regret. Maybe it saved my life to bring the story of the mass rape and murder of women and children in the United Kingdom. I have very mixed feelings about the French. However having
somewhere to hide during the horrors of the British attack against the most vulnerable in society was both horrific and yet somehow it was a lesson in the hatred that permeates Europe throughout time. The killing of each other with nothing but Russia and the USA to try and stop the stupidity…
