So financial planning and success relies heavily on both hard work, commercial acumen and most importantly support. This varies from culture to culture, as many do not value financial success to societal norms of women and financial success. Our success depends not only on our personal talent and acumen in business development, but how the market views the fitness to be financially successful. These stereotypes still exist even as there is greater equity for women in business. We have to understand that financial success means independence of choice. This freedom, decision makers can find very difficult if they are not secure in their position. They face the concern that financial success for a woman will give her decisions to choose and she may not choose him or the societal norms that he represents. Therefore the only option for decision makers who are not secure will often be to choose sabotage to weaken the financial situation or in some cases seek to destroy it. This sounds as though I am being gender biased, yet the fact is that all global key financial decision makers are mainly male. Women who are successful in their field including financially, become so with direct or indirect support of men. If there is insecurity in the ruling class of any society in respect of an individuals financial success, then both men and women are largely involved in the destruction or desecration of that woman’s work. We see this also on a macro scale with financial cooperation between states. States that are seen as perhaps becoming too successful, will often face severe backlash from other states that oppose the success. Europe is a very good example of this in real time. Known for its history of in fighting rather than preservation of history and wealth creation, with strong external relationships, rather than protectionist socialism is a fine example of what happens for women in a country that does is concerned for financial Independence. Having been born in the United Kingdom, I have seen this very clearly on a micro scale in terms of my own work and on a macro scale when the UK financially divorced Europe. The sabotage and concerns that were seen male and female decision makers was clear, financial success brings freedom and with that freedom I chose to leave. What this in effect means is that financial success that gives freedom, truely shows us the nature of the man or the state. If there were not issues a woman or state would not leave and alliance.
