A child I used to sneak batman comics from my Uncles collection of superhero comics. I skipped through the spiderman section… all of the others were not a hit with me … But Batman was my absolute favourite…The car the the cool black outfit the getting the bad guys by hanging around with the bad guys… gotta know them to catch them… !! Never mind the fact that Batman was a billionaire… The mindset the cool light with the bat shining in the sky when the baddies were caught. But maybe the part I love the most is that he allowed the blurred lines between good and evil to be explored within the genre of childrens comic strips. This introduced a concept of the very real conflict within us all to battle the good and evil within us. To understand that evil lives within us is the catalyst for managing our internal struggles in decision making and life choices. Batman taught me this from the youngest age… How we manage our lives in the pursuit of good with whatever the resources we have… Batman is my favourite comic character in the whole world.
